Thinking of Hiring a Car? Personally, we always hired a car when coming on holiday here, but it depends on what sort of holiday you want, who you are with, where you want to go and how confident you are driving.
Malaga Airport to Nueva Andalucia is a 45 min journey on motorway. Taxis can be expensive,if you need a return journey, you could be looking between 150€ and 200€ depending on the time of day. So bear this price in mind when thinking of hiring a car.
Personally, we like the freedom when we are on holiday. Marbella´s public transport is just buses or taxis. There are not trains.
